Ana Rubinstein is a wife, mother of six, business leader, and community advocate who is passionate about helping people thrive in their health, relationships, and everyday lives.

Since 2014, Ana has built her career in the healthcare field, focusing on business development, patient engagement, operations, and creating exceptional experiences that foster meaningful connections. Her passion for serving others and building strong relationships has been the driving force behind her professional journey.

Since joining Thrive Chiropractic in 2020, Ana has served as Director of Business Development and Office Manager, working alongside her husband, Dr. Ruvayn Rubinstein. Together, they have helped cultivate a practice culture centered on compassion, service, and community impact. Ana plays an integral role in ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, valued, and supported while helping lead the growth and day-to-day operations of the practice.

Known for her creativity, leadership, and heart for people, Ana enjoys bringing ideas to life through patient appreciation events, community outreach initiatives, and experiences that create lasting connections. She believes that healthcare is about more than treating symptoms—it's about making people feel seen, heard, and cared for throughout their journey.

Outside of her professional life, Ana's greatest joy is her family. As a devoted wife and mother of six, she understands the challenges and rewards of balancing family, career, and personal well-being. She loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, creating lifelong memories with her children, and embracing opportunities to connect with people from all walks of life.
