Thrive Chiropractic opened its doors in 2014, just weeks after Dr. Rubinstein graduated from Life University. He came to Troy from Miami looking for a community he could call home — and the family-owned businesses, close neighborhoods, and civic spirit made the choice easy. The Troy Chamber of Commerce welcomed the practice with a ribbon-cutting, and Thrive has been part of the community ever since.

More Than a Decade of Serving Troy Families
Every milestone has been built on one mission: helping people Thrive Through Life. What began as a vision for a different kind of chiropractic office has grown into one of Michigan's premier family chiropractic practices.
Thrive Chiropractic signs its first lease. The vision was simple but ambitious: create a chiropractic office centered on specific, scientific chiropractic care, patient education, and a family-first experience unlike any other.
Thrive Chiropractic officially opens its doors to the public. The first patients walk through our doors, beginning a journey dedicated to personalized chiropractic care, objective analysis, and helping families achieve their highest level of health.
The practice doubles in size. As Thrive continued to grow, the office expanded into the adjoining suite, doubling its footprint and adding dedicated massage therapy rooms to better serve our patients.
The second half of the office officially opens. Patients now enjoy expanded adjusting rooms, additional treatment space, and an even more comfortable experience.
Ana officially joins Thrive Chiropractic, helping elevate the patient experience and strengthening the family-focused culture that defines the practice today.
The youngest member of the Thrive family arrives! Wolfe quickly becomes the office mascot, bringing smiles to patients of all ages and reminding everyone why family is at the heart of Thrive.
Sam joins the Thrive team, contributing to the continued growth of the practice and helping provide an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
